I am an attorney and in need of the most current version of the Economic (Commercial) Code of Ukraine, preferably in English. Is this available and is it reduced to an electronic version that can be sent by internet email?

You can get the most recent version of the Commercial Code of Ukraine on the official web site of the Ukraine's Parliament here: http://zakon4.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/436-15
Translation into English can be done via any translation agency which can translate from Ukrainian language into English.
